Meet the new FELFEL x Cima Chocolate Bars.
Meet FELFEL’s Chocolate Bars
1,400 metres above sea level, in a village most GPS units give up on, someone is still tempering chocolate by hand.
Our Food Scouts found them the way we find everything: not through a supplier catalogue, not at a trade fair. They drove back roads, knocked on actual doors, and tasted until something was worth the detour.
Cima is that something.
How the sourcing works
FELFEL has always bought food this way. Before anything reaches your smart fridge, it goes through people whose job is to find what most procurement processes would never reach: small makers, family operations, producers who have been doing one thing well for decades.
Meet our Food Scouts
The brief for Cima was straightforward. A 30 g bar that belongs next to a lunch from Ivan Orkin, not next to a vending machine. Something that earns its place in a FELFEL fridge.
The Swiss alpine maker we found fits that brief exactly.
The four flavours
Small Bar. Serious Chocolate.
FELFEL Cima comes in four bars, each a self-contained argument for why chocolate at work matters.
Alpine Milk. Meadow milk, hazelnut, nothing else. Clean from the first bite to the last.
Honey Almond. Toasted almonds and Swiss honey. No unnecessary additions.
White Matcha. Grassy, sweet, quietly addictive. The one that surprises people.
Pistachio Butter. Filled, rich, and the bar colleagues will ask you about.
The 3pm argument
Good food at work is not only lunch. It is also the small thing at 3pm that decides whether the afternoon goes well or sideways.
FELFEL's smart fridge is stocked every morning with meals from NYC's top restaurant kitchens. Ivan Orkin's ramen, Silvia Barban's Italian, grain bowls, pastrami, fresh juices. Cima sits in that same fridge. No ordering, no planning, no trip to a café. Open the fridge, tap out, done.
That is the logic of a smart fridge built around real food rather than convenience food. The 3pm moment should not require a vending machine. It should require a good fridge, stocked by people who drove into the mountains to find the right chocolate.
